In 2025, at the back of the house beyond the courtyard, private housing is being built. Therefore noise may be heard during the day.

Equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, toaster and American-style coffee maker, dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning. Spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and air conditioning inside, second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, small wardrobe and air conditioning inside. Windowed bathroom with modern shower cubicle and comfortable hairdryer. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The flat overlooks the green vineyards and hills of Lake Garda, offering an enchanting view. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat. From Monday to Saturday the municipal bus shuttle is available to reach the centre of Bardolino.
