On the beautiful island of Tenerife, the cozy apartment Summerland II is located in Los Cristianos and boasts an amazing location not far from the beach. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 guests. Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine and a television. A baby cot and a highchair can also be provided upon request. On your private, covered terrace you can enjoy a glass of wine and relax while enjoying the views over the shared pool area. A great selection of bars and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes walking, while the nearest restaurant is just 1 minute away (52 m). There are also many supermarkets nearby which can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The closest beach, Playa de Los Tarajales, is only 900 m away (10 minutes walking), but there are many other sandy beaches a 5-minute drive away such as Playa de los Cristianos (1.2 km) or Playa de las Vistas (2.1 km). If you feel like doing something different on warm summer days, you can drive 5 minutes to one of the nearest water parks: Siam Park (4.7 km) or Aqualand (4.6 km). Golf enthusiasts will also find two golf courses not far from the accommodation: Golf los Palos is 7 minutes away by car (5.4 km) and Golf del Sur is a 14-minute drive away (13.7 km).

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There is a lift in the building. The pool is open all year round, but it's not open all day. Please ask about the opening hours when you arrive. It is not possible to check-in after 9 pm. Late check-in comes with an additional cost. Please contact the homeowner before your arrival if you plan to arrive after 9 pm. The homeowner also needs your flight number in advance, and he would like guests to call him when they arrive at the airport to arrange a pick-up time for the key. The key must always be collected in person as it is a private property and therefore there is no reception.
