The holiday home is a semi-detached house and functionally furnished. The property is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. 4 sun loungers.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 56 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. A heating facility does not exist. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 13 sqm terrace. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Charging an electric car is not allowed in the house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
