Our house is appreciated by guests who value a high-quality ambiance and ample space for themselves and their family during their vacation.
Thanks to its perfect location, you can enjoy the garden and the peace and quiet despite being close to the city center. We have paid great attention to a high-quality standard in the furnishings and decor. Dear future guests! The house has two bedrooms on the lower level, one large and one smaller, each with double beds. In the 25 m² attic room, there are two single beds set up as a 2x2 m double bed. Your dogs or 4-legged "family members" (max 3) are also welcome! The living room with original stucco and the beautiful bay window is a highlight of the house, and thanks to the "old" shutters that can not only be pulled down but also folded out, it guarantees a cool climate in the summer! Fast Wi-Fi connection and the large digital Samsung internet-enabled Smart TV with over 450 channels are free and help you stay up to date. If needed, we are happy to provide a baby bed in the large bedroom. If you wish to occupy the house with 5 or 6 people, we will also open the 25 m² attic room for you, where a 2x2 m double bed awaits you. For a small additional charge, we can also provide the attic room for fewer than 5 people. - Kitchen: (Fully equipped, with dishes) * Dining area for approx. 6 people. * Refrigerator with extra-large freezer * 4 ceramic hob cooker with convection oven * Sink * Dishwasher * Large countertop * Extractor hood * Washing machine is integrated into the work area. - Hallway - Bathroom * Vanity * Bathroom cabinet with mirror * Hair dryer etc. * Extra-large 100 x 100 cm walk-in shower with massage jets - Toilet (separate) - Large garden - Large terrace with furniture - Private parking space on the fenced property Leave your car safely parked on the property and use the good public transport connections for your Budapest stroll. Zugló is located near the city center, but large parts of the district are "green" with the following hot spots: * Heroes' Square * Széchenyi Thermal Bath * National Gallery * City Park (Városliget) * Amusement Park * Zoo DISTANCES: (on foot) Small shop: 1/2 min OTP Bank 1/2 min Árkád Shopping Mall, IKEA 4 min. Tram - Bus stop 1/2 min. Metro Line II. 2.5 min We charge the TOURIST TAX on behalf of the City of Budapest in the amount of €2.8 per person per night. * (it is possible that the city will increase the amount in 2023) During the heating season from the end of September to the beginning of April, we charge a deposit of €14 per day for heating. Upon your arrival or departure, the gas meter will be read together with you if you wish.
If the prepayment is not sufficient, we will deduct the shortfall from your security deposit. CHARGING HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES We inform you that our prices include electricity, water, and hot water consumption, i.e., the usual ancillary costs associated with living. *****Charging a hybrid or electric vehicle is NOT included! ***** Please inform us if you are ARRIVING with a hybrid or electric car!
