The Lodge is situated in a cul de sac, so safe for children to play and free parking for 2 cars. It has 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom and dressing room, with ample storage and hanging space. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a large built in wardrobe and access to bath room 2. There is also a sofa bed for 2 in the lounge area. The bathroom features a bath and shower, toilet and hand basin, the second bathroom has a walk in shower plus hand basin and toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer,breakfast bar, dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room.
The lounge and dining room are very spacious with 2 sofas, a table and chairs for 6 persons, a fire and Tv and the Wifi mast is just outside, so reception is good. The lodge is fully centrally heated and has extensive decking on 2 sides, and includes outside sofa's, tables and chairs on both aspects. Additionally there is a small garden and Bbq.
The park is situated off the main A31, where there is a 2 for 1 pub opposite, plus a Lidl and Sainsburys just a 5 minute drive away.
The park offers 2 swimming pools, 1 indoor, with a sauna and steam room, plus a large water slide, the outdoor pool with loungers is open in the summer. There is also a shop, a restaurant, bar and club room, a fitness centre, archery, crazy golf and much more. Situated in the beautiful Oakdene Forest, it offers many scenic walks, with the lovely New Forest just a 15 minute drive away.
The nearest town is the beautiful market town of Ringwood and the beaches of Bournemouth and Poole extend for 8 miles and a 30 minute drive away.
