Entering the fenced driveway, a vine-covered canopy will offer shelter to your cars.

From there you access the second fenced garden, completely dedicated to your relaxation.

The house is on three floors and ideal for those who love family holidays, the spaces are organized in such a way that each family occupies one floor.

Teens and children also have dedicated spaces where they can play, while adults cook on the barbecue, relax in the infrared sauna, train in the small gym or sunbathe in the garden.

On foot, in just 700 m, you can reach the train station where both the direct train to Milan and the "red-bernina train" leave.

If you love bicycling, there are numerous cycle paths and the "Valtellina path" that from Tirano leads to Colico is wonderful.

Valtellina also offers trekking routes that lead to wonderful alpine lakes: Lago di Preduna (25 km), Lago Vago (30 km), Lago della Manzina, Valfurva (50 km).

The thermal baths of Bormio (40 km) are ideal for a day of wellness.

While visiting the wonderful small villages that dot the Valtellina (Ponte in Valtellina, Chiuro, Teglio, Grosio ..) you can taste local specialties such as pizzoccheri, sciatt, bresaola, cheese, all accompanied by DOC and DOCG wines of local production.
