This 1900 historic central villa, the iconic first pharmacy of Sifnos, has been just renovated to the maximum standards of warmth and comfort, blending the old island vibes with modern touches . An ideal villa for big families or groups of friends. A perfect base for island exploration, nightlife and entertainment in the hustle and bustle of of the town of Apollonia.
The villa consists of three independent homes. All perfectly set up to offer unforgettable times with friends and family as well as plenty of room to enjoy some independent time as well. On the lower floor, one studio apartment with one double and one single bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The door overlooking the street, one of the most photographed doors of last summer, and the traditional mule door to the front yard, offer two entrances to the studio.
The lower house is a two bedroom home with two full bathrooms (one en suite), fully equipped kitchen, large dining and sitting area with 5 meter high ceilings, characteristic of the old landmark homes of Sifnos. The living room adjacent to the front traditional yard with the jasmine and roses, the typical bougainvilla, and a big dining table for gatherings day and night.
The upper house, boasts two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), fully equipped kitchen and sitting area, plus an idyllic sunset veranda for unlimited relaxation, breakfasts, dinners and cocktails. Also, there is a small balcony outside the master bedroom, overlooking the traditional path.
