Extraordinary view and location overlooking the Bay of Cassis, in absolute tranquility and truly unobstructed, just 800 meters from the center.
This authentic farmhouse, approximately 350m2 in size, situated on a 7500m2 plot, has been fully restored with noble and luxurious materials and is classified as a 5***** property by the tourism office.
Our rates vary depending on the number of nights and the seasons, but Abritel does not allow us to provide detailed information, as is the case on our personal site.
Therefore, the daily base rate indicated is inaccurate for any request less than a week.
The property, accommodating 16 people, consists of a large main farmhouse with five bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with terrace, independent dressing room, and office, a large living room with its veranda, and a magnificent fully-equipped La Cornue kitchen.
Additionally, there is an authentic maset consisting of two bedrooms and an independent living room-kitchen, where 6 people can stay. Six of the seven bedrooms have their private marble bathrooms and offices, and are air-conditioned.
The double beds are king-size (180X200) and the single beds are 90X200.
The parental apartment is also fully air-conditioned.
For your comfort, the showers are equipped with thermostatic taps, and a circulator allows you to receive hot water instantly. High-speed internet (fiber optic) is available everywhere via wired connection or Wi-Fi, including at the pool.
Seven televisions equip the living rooms and main bedrooms.
The Hi-Fi - Home Cinema with 6 B&W speakers in the living room and 2 at the pool can be controlled directly from your smartphone or tablet with the Sonos system, allowing you to listen to your own music.
A Wurlitzer piano is at your disposal in the large living room.
Alarm, safe, and home automation complete the services to simplify your actions during your stay (centralization of lighting and roller shutters, for example). The arrival is through a beautiful avenue of centuries-old olive trees, where the sea is already visible, with a garage and its traditional frame on the right, accommodating three spacious cars.
Numerous uncovered parking spaces exist around the garage.
A luxurious salt-treated and tiled mirror pool of 14m in length allows you to fully enjoy the extraordinary view sweeping from the Bay of Cap Canaille to the Calanques of Cassis.
It is equipped with an integrated automatic cover.
A petanque court, ping-pong table, and foosball are also available for your leisure.
Shade sails have been installed on the south terrace for the comfort of your outdoor lunches.

Le Ferme is as depicted — beautiful interiors, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous pool and stunning views. Roman is a lovely host. He accommodated every single request I made with good humor and efficiency. (And as we were gathered for my son’s wedding, there were many.)

My husband and I booked this spot to celebrate our marriage (back in February). The property was dream-like and satisfied ALL of our needs. We even utilised the recommended Chef/Le Caille d’Or and they also exceeded expectations. At the beginning of our stay we had a few issues with air conditioning...
