This gem of a property has two bedrooms for four guests and a delightful private walled garden.

Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Living area: dining room table, chairs, bench. Three armchairs, sofa, coffee tables, French windows to balcony with bistro table and chairs and spiral staircase to garden.
Utility area in garage: tumble dryer and washing machine.

Entertainment: TV with integrated DVD player, radio/cd player
For Families: books, magazines and games.
Outside: private walled rear garden with brick weave paving.
Parking: drive shared with 3 other properties, parking in front of The Little House for one car. Garage only suitable for a small car but is ideal for storage for bicycles.

Notes: some guests may find the staircases quite steep so care should be taken with children and this cottage may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
