Spanish style Villa with own Private Pool located in the pretty Los Balcones suburb, On the ground floor is a good size shaded terrace which overlooks the villa´s swimming pool and gardens, living area with sofa seating plus Smart TV with UK satellite system, Fiber WIFI internet . kitchen with main appliances inc dishwasher, 2 Ground floor double bedrooms and a family bathroom, On the first floor are two more bedrooms ( one double and one twin ) plus a shower room plus access the roof Terrace which has great views of Torrevieja famous pink salt lakes. The villa is fully furnished,, All 4 bedrooms & Lounge have modern high speed ceiling fans to help keep cool during summer months. plus there are 2 Air conditioning units installed at the villa , One in the living area which filters cool air through to Bedrooms 1 and 2 and one Á/C unit upstairs in first floor landing area which filters cool air through to bedrooms 3 & 4 . Local restaurants cafes bars supermarkets shop pharmacy etc within 4 minutes walk , local play park with football pitches basket ball , ping pong tables, pick nick zones within 5 minutes walk

Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torrevieja. Its situated on the Southside of Torrevieja between the Famous Pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (Both blue Flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 5 minutes by bus (pick up point is 4 min walk from the villa). Vist Torrevieja Town centre 7 min drive (car /taxi) or 10 minutes by bus.
We have two large international airports Alicante and Murcia both with in 55 minutes drive.
Torrevieja: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour.
Things to do : A Trip into Torreveija town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along the front. Visit the huge water park with water slides, chutes and wave machines (open late June to early Sept) Go Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering high adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the Haberneras shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively bar streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, Cafes & Bars to chose from.

Het huisje is niet heel modern maar prima. Het zwembad en de keuken is top. We hebben genoten van het huis en de communicatie met en flexibiliteit van het agentschap was heel goed!

Indoors was good, place was as descripted. Towels, sheets and some dishes could be changed. Service was very good, one bed was broken and they fixed it immediatly. In the yard was some broken glass and nails. Situation was disapointment, not good restaurants or beach near and no walkway to get there.
