An outstanding beach house in a fabulous location set in the dunes… The Boat House has direct beach access with awesome views of Bamburgh Castle and the coastline. This beautiful property is a former lifeboat house… in fact it was the first of its kind in the UK!
Step inside and the interiors are traditional coastal style, immaculately presented throughout with a lovely open plan living space complete with a woodburning stove and a contemporary kitchen. Upstairs the three bedrooms are beautiful… cosy and welcoming with pretty bedding and tasteful coastal touches. Outside there’s a large enclosed garden with table and chairs and direct beach access.
The Boat House is well located for Bamburgh’s shops, cafes and pubs, all just a short walk away. Don’t miss the Grace Darling Museum and of course the iconic Bamburgh Castle. Take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to view sea birds and grey seals from Seahouses (3 miles) and Holy Island and the nature reserve of Budle Bay are both a short drive away.

Ensuite: bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: King size bed with feature fireplace
First floor:
Bedroom 3: king size bed, built in wardrobe and stunning views of the castle and coast.
Bedroom 4: twin beds, views towards Bamburgh Castle.
Bathroom: bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: flatscreen TV, Blu Ray player, DVDs/games.
For families: cot and high chair available on request.
Outside: patio and a large fully enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. Direct beach access.
Parking: parking for 3 cars on drive, 1 on road side.

Pets: pets welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.

Location quiet, near sea and coastal path. Lots to visit in the area. Easy walk into Bamburgh shops and restaurant.
Tumble dryer broken and dirty, table and chairs on patio rusty and green.
