Your villa near Lloret de Mar The appearance of Villa Orlanda is imposing and robust and of course this detached villa offers all the comfort you could need including your own private swimming pool.
The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
You can park your car easily and safely in your own parking place.
Orlanda is built on street level.
You can enter the residence via a small set of steps on the first floor.
When stepping through the front door you enter the spacious living room, where you also can find a very practical furnished kitchen.
On this floor you can also find 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
One floor lower you will find the other 2 bedrooms and another bathroom.
The 2 floors are conected by an exterior staircase.The inside of the house is furnished in a Spanish and functional style and it has a snug feeling to it, because of its light character.
When looking outside you can enjoy yourself even further, because you have a beautiful view of the surrounding forest.
This view is outside even nicer and more beautiful.
On the nice big balcony you can enjoy the sun and the view of your very own swimming pool.
When you go down the stairs you get to a big terrace that offers several nice spots.
For example, the big veranda, that is shut off from the summer heat, is a very nice spot.
The beautiful garden around everything makes it complete.
Main showpieces are of course your swimming pool in which you can always take a refreshing dive.
The nice deckchairs on the side of the swimming pool are also a lovely way to relax.
Your favourite drink will taste even better.
And you can make a quick bite to eat on the stone barbecue outside.

A 7km de Lloret, en una urbanización en el "monte", corría brisa y se estaba a gusto, el espacio muy bien con su piscina y zona barbacoa, es una casa de 2 plantas independientes (2 cocinas, …) dispone de un baño en cada planta, además de un baño con ducha fuera que viene genial para cuando sales de la piscina.
