Rustic sec-style country house. XIX finished to rebuild in 2015, ideal home for vacation, situated 3.5 Km from the sea, near the golden sandy beach of Calheta, in a quiet and at the same time in the middle of Arc parish of Calheta.

La piscine n'est pas chauffée en début de séjour, pompe à chaleur en panne au moins depuis 2022 d'après les commentaires précédents mais la pompe a enfin été remplacée.Plusieurs éclairages intérieurs et extérieurs ne fonctionnent pas
