Het huis is zeer ruim en heeft veel terrassen zodat je op elk moment van de dag vindt wat je nodig hebt: zon of schaduw. Het zicht op de zee en de rots van Calp is prachtig. De ligging is rustig.
Het huis heeft dringend renovatie nodig: de ramen, de deuren, sommige meubelen en één van de badkamers hebben hun beste tijd al lang gehad. De ruimtes zouden optimaler ingedeeld kunnen worden.

La casa está muy proxima al puerto deportivo y su restaurante, donde sirven buena cocina.
