The "Base" flat on the ground floor has just been renovated, has 1.5 rooms, approx. 40 sqm and is lovingly decorated and stylishly furnished. From the mattresses to the teaspoons, everything here is really in top condition!!!
The flat "Base" is available with 4 real sleeping accommodations (a double bed 1.50x2.00 m and a sofa bed 1.60x2.00 m with real mattresses and very good sleeping comfort), fully equipped kitchen, shower, WC, 2x HD TV, DVD player, terrace with seating, private entrance and WLan modernised and is really a little gem!
If you have guests or want to spend a weekend in Hamburg yourself, then you've come to the right place!

The transport connections; bus and underground to the city centre and the airport are within walking distance as well as shopping facilities, restaurants and pubs!!!! To buy a breakfast, you walk 100 m, to get one served 500 m (starting price breakfast from 2,00 €).
To the city centre and the main train station you take the underground (station 500m away) without changing trains just 30 minutes. A taxi to the airport would cost you a good 10 € and about 10 minutes from door to door! The nearest large shopping centre is just one stop away on the underground! The Arriba leisure pool and various other leisure activities are also nearby! We will be happy to give you further tips for exploring the most beautiful city with harbour/Alster/Reeperbahn and co. In addition, you can find many helpful tips on the location, localities, transport connections and events in the welcome folder of the flats.
The flat does not require any additional regulations that go beyond normal human interaction due to the lack of noise-sensitive neighbours.
Bed linen and towels can be booked as an additional service (10€ bed linen per person/stay and 5€ towels per person/stay).

The basic prices are valid for 2 persons. For each additional person we charge 20 € extra per day.
Children pay only 5 € per day from the third person, but from 12 years full payer.
A one-time final cleaning fee of 45 € is added to all prices, from 4 persons a total of 50 €.
Bed linen and towels can be booked as an additional service (10 € bed linen per p./stay and 5 € towels per p.p./stay).
