The 'cottage' has an open plan lounge ,dining, kitchen area with a short corridor leading to a large bedroom with either twin or kingsize bed. There is a full bathroom with shower over the bath.
The farm is located in the centre of the pretty village, which is surrounded by acres of woodland to walk. Great views can be found from Leith Hill tower and Holmbury Hill view point. Pub 10 mins walk .

Can be difficult to spot the entrance in the dark! However a great little stop-over that was clean and comfortable.
Little bit of noise from hot water tank at times otherwise fairly peaceful. Handy little food van close by which serves great sausage /bacon baps (though a little pricey for us northerners! :)

Great period featured conversion in beautiful location. Stayed two nights before heading to Heathrow. The accommodation was comfortable and cosy. Kitchen had everything required for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and warm. There are some lovely walks around the area and a coffee van on the property which was great after a long walk. All up a great stay in a beautiful location.

Enjoyed the few days in the beautiful Surrey Hills. The property is easily accessed from Holby St Mary and was perfect location for our needs.
