Information about the host The apartment is located in the front house (8 parties) of an apartment community (18 parties).
Between the two houses is the locked parking lot and next to the building you have the possibility to park and secure your bikes.
Location:In an absolute dream location in Seebruck, at the northernmost point of the Bavarian Sea and with a direct view of the Alpine panorama.
Ideal starting point for various excursions, whether on foot, by bike or by car and the beach is almost at the doorstep.
The public transport stops directly in front of the house, no matter from which direction you arrive.
Stores for daily needs are available in the village.
Environment description In the surrounding area you can go hiking and cycling.
Bad Reichenhall is 50 km from the apartment and Rosenheim can be reached after 31 km.
The nearest airport is Munich Airport, 70 km from Ferienwohnung März. terms/extras The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR0.80 per person/night for adults.
Children from 11 to 16 years of age: EUR0.40.
Children up to 10 years of age: EUR0.00.
From 01.01.2024, a spa tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night applies for adults.

The daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower option, toilet, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.
In the fully equipped kitchenette there is a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and countless kitchen gadgets.
The small seating area forms the transition to the living-bedroom, here you will find the 200 x 200 cm double bed, the spacious sliding door wardrobe, the small cozy couch and the LCD TV.
On the first floor there is a common room with a coin-operated washing machine.
