Information about the host
The Kirmeier Hof is located on a hill above Bad Endorf. From our well-kept farm with dairy cows and petting animals you have a magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains. Ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding area, or to visit the Chiemgau thermal baths (1 km). Many leisure activities such as: Cycling, swimming, boating, surfing, sailing, mountain hiking and horseback riding possible nearby. The farm area is very spacious and tastefully landscaped with many colorful flowers and plants at and around the house. Enjoy beautiful summer evenings at the campfire or barbecue at our lookout pavilion. At the house there is a covered outdoor seating area and a playground with a lawn for sunbathing. (sun loungers available). Our 3 vacation apartments are located in the Zuhäusl (a separate house next to the farm). All apartments have a separate entrance and are exclusively furnished. Special emphasis was placed on a healthy living environment.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of EUR2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay EUR2.00 per day and EUR1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged EUR 1.00, children from 0-6 years are free of charge. Children welcome (children's discount), playroom, play equipment for young and old. Farm products, bread roll service, dishwasher, guest washing machine (use EUR 3.00), non-smoking flat, bicycle shed, pets on request. The booking amount is due on arrival.

Arrival Description
Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf turn left after entering the village. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf. Drive through Bad Endorf in the direction of Rosenheim. Shortly before the end of the village turn right. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Footpath 15 minutes: through the railroad underpass, always follow the main road until shortly before the end of the village. Then turn right.
