The apartment has its own front door with a small terrace and direct access to the water.
Distributed on two floors, connected with an open staircase.
Downstairs is the living area with a sofa bed, an open kitchen and the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and an espresso machine.
Upstairs a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and space for a cot. Windows all around, lots of light.
Downstairs through the patio doors overlooking and direct access to the swimming water! It is possible to moor a boat up to 10 meters at the apartment.
The apartment has access to wireless internet and cable television

We really liked the area, Tram 24 was easy to access at the end of our street. Our hosts allowed us to come in a bit early because we were dropped off a couple of hours before check-in. Staying on an houseboat was very cool! Everything was as described in the listing.

Die Lage des Hausbootes ist top, man ist super schnell in der Innenstadt und hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe!Mit Rob und Karin war alles ganz unkompliziert!!Das Hausboot ist super schön, auch zum Kochen war alles vorhanden.Der Steg vom Hausboot mit den Enten war unser Highlight!!

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut. Leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Umgebung sehr laut ist (Flughafen in der Nähe) Leider war es nicht gewünscht, dass man am Kanal sitzen kann
