Information about the host
The holiday flats are located in a modern new building in the Heimesreutin district. Heading south, you can quickly reach Lake Constance and the island of Lindau, just under 3 km away. You can easily get there by bike away from the main traffic routes. The city bus also takes you to the historic old town, Lindau harbour, the main railway station and the many cafés and restaurants on the island without having to change buses. Lake Constance is just as close by for swimming, surfing and sailing. Public transport buses leave directly from the Heimesreutin bus stop (240m) every half hour, and holiday guests are entitled to use them free of charge in summer. By car, you are also quickly on your way to longer excursions in the Alpine region and to numerous sights in the border triangle.

Check-in and check-out regulation
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 10:00 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the key handover.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Description of the accommodation
Ferienwohnung II, ca. 43 qm, bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Im Wohnraum gibt es ein Sofa und einen Sessel, einen Esstisch und eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Der Balkon nach Süden bietet einen idyllischen Ausblick ins Grüne.
