Situated in a private condominium with swimming pool, in an excellent location in Vilamoura, 1.2 kilometres from Falésia Beach and the marina and 1.3 kilometres from Vilamoura Beach. The flat feels like the ground floor of a villa, as not only does the building look like a villa, but the lack of stairs to the two terraces, garden and pool give you the freedom to be inside and outside, allowing you to enjoy both the interior and exterior. The Lemon has two suites (one main and one smaller), both with double beds, air conditioning/heating, a bathroom and two windows each. The flat faces south and enjoys sun throughout the day. In the morning, the kitchen terrace, facing east, is sunny and ideal for breakfast. The living room is very cosy, has air conditioning/heating and gets the sun in the afternoon, as does the main terrace, which has an awning that can be closed or opened. On this terrace there is a large outdoor table, ideal for main meals. There are also sun loungers with mattresses for those who want to relax in the sun. Based on customer suggestions, the flat was upgraded in 2023 (renovation of the master suite, safe free of charge, faster wifi, plug sockets in the bathrooms, increased power so you can plug in many appliances at the same time, new living room carpet, new dishwasher, large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, new coffee machine and large fridge with freezer).
