The modern apartment “Roses 9” boasts an amazing location right next to the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia, in the island of Mallorca, and impresses guests with its light-flooded and, beautifully-decorated interiors. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The nice covered balcony, which has a small table and comfortable chairs, is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and relax after a day in the beach. There is also a nice shared rooftop terrace with even breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. Due to its excellent location you will find bars, restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance (100-500m), while the closest beach, Platja d’Alcúdia, is right next to the property (1 minute walking, 100m). In warm summer days and specially if you are traveling with children you can go on a day trip to the water park Hidropark Alcúdia, just 3.8km or 7-minutes by car from the accommodation. Golf enthusiasts can also play their favorite sport in the golf club Club de Golf Alcanada (14 minutes driving; 8.2 km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport are 60km (a 44-minute drive) from “Roses 9”.
