The beautiful villa Grandiosa in Calpe has 7 bedrooms and capacity for 14 people. A perfect villa for its comfort, location and capacity to accommodate large families or friends.
Distribution of the villa
The villa is distributed over three floors connected by an internal staircase. On the first floor we find a large living room with air conditioning, smart tv, a nice kitchen with dining table and fully equipped and access to the terrace and pool. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine room where the house's electric water heater is located.
Up a staircase from the entrance hall of the house we reach the first floor, where we find a bedroom with two single beds and tv, a bedroom with double bed and tv, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and tv, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with tv, en suite bathroom with bathtub, dressing room and a terrace.
On the third floor there is a terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and tv, a bathroom with shower, and a seventh bedroom with two single beds, all air conditioning on this floor is also centralised.
Outside the villa
The plot has space to park two cars inside, a large terrace with sunbeds for sunbathing, a barbecue and table for eating and dining outside, a sofa area for lounging by the pool on a covered terrace.
