T2 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha with sea view, located in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped.
Situated just 50 m from the beach and with a swimming pool.
Apartment comprises: 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen, with 1 double sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the apartment, bathroom, and balcony with outdoor furniture.
Equipped with TV and MEO WI-FI (fiber).
NOTE: Only 5 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be charged as a payment via credit card, Revolut, or advance bank transfer.
The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to applicable municipal legislation since March 14, 2024, for all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night. - In low season (01/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Note: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 years or older. - Expenses for water, electricity, and gas (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
Meter readings will be taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation will be made).
Any consumption exceeding the included amount must be settled by the guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included amounts for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation, depending on the accommodation type: T2: 250 kWh and 12 m³.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the security deposit amount.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application.
Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay, or others) are not accepted.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit mit Meer Sicht. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Promenade und am Strand.
Parkplätze findet man Kostenfrei in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank
Accommodation was great, staff were great to deal with. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was also hreat!!!!!!!!
