The apartments are both located on the first floor of a three-sided farmstead.
From both apartments, you have a view of the Elbe River and Albrechtsburg Castle.
The Elbe Cycle Path is 1 minute away, the train station 3 minutes, and the bus station 4 minutes.
It is a 15-minute walk to the historic old town center, and there are 2 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Shopping facilities are also available nearby, with a supermarket directly opposite.
Pets must be registered in advance.
Payment terms: Payment is due 14 days before arrival by bank transfer.
For last-minute bookings, payment is made in cash on site.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to 28 days before arrival, we charge 20% of the total price; up to 14 days before arrival, 80%; and from 7 days before arrival, 90%.
Arrival and departure times: Check-in from 1 PM or by arrangement with the landlord.
Check-out by 10 AM.
Key handover is done in person on site or via a key safe.
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request at no extra charge.
A visitor's tax of €1.50 per person/night will be charged separately on site.
The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and a flat rate for electricity, water, and heating.
A car parking space is available free of charge in the courtyard.
Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.

Die Begrüßung mit einem Blumenstrauß und eine Flasche Sekt und einem Betthupferl!
Der Straßenlärm, Lärm von der Gaststätte und zu wenig Toilettenpapier.
Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Lage war nicht ganz so gut.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Preis/Leistung war sehr gut
Der Parkplatz war etwas eng. Für die Zukunft wäre eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder nicht schlecht. Das Nachbargrundstück sah grausig aus, aber das kann der Gastgeber ja nicht ändern….
Nahe am Elberadweg, aber das war es auch.

Es war sauber. Man war schnell unten am Radweg, Bahnhof war nicht weit, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten über die Straße. Ggf. war man auch zu Fuß günstig in der Innenstadt.
Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafraum nicht zu vergessen.
Die Wohnung hatte eher den Charme einer Bauarbeiterunterkunft. Das Mobiliar und die sonstige Ausstattung waren schon tüchtig in die Jahre gekommen. Unten eine lang geöffnete Bar, hinten das Lager einer Baufirma und den Zweckbau einer Gesellschaft. Von der Elbe war nur das Rattern der Züge über die...
