The cozy holiday home “Xalet Sescaleta” is located in a quiet neighborhood in Santanyi, in the popular holiday destination Mallorca, and it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday near the beach. It consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with a single bed, 2 with one double bed each, one with a queensize bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. From the living room you can access the spacious terrace, where you will find a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, and a dining table under the shade of an elegant pergola where you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared in your private barbecue. The closest restaurants, and the nearest beach, Playa de Santanyí, are just 850m away (2 minutes driving), but you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in the centre of Santanyi, which can be reached after a 7-minute drive (3.8km). The closest airport is located in the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and it can be reached after a 43-minute drive (50km).
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
An additional guest can be accommodated for an additional fee and upon request.
