Situated in the middle of the greenery, on the outskirts of San Teodoro, this apartment stands out for its rustic furnishings and its beautiful view from the balcony.
The apartment consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (for 2 persons each), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, thus offering space for 10 persons.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a television and a cot. In your private outdoor area there is a balcony, terraces (open and covered) and a garden.
Relax on the comfortable furniture on your terraces and lose yourself in a good book or end the day with a delicious meal from the shared barbecue. The nearest bar is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment (180 m) and in about 9 minutes by car you can reach the centre of San Teodoro, where you will find a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Spend the day on the beach of Isuledda with its soft white sand and clear blue water (13 minutes by car or 9 km away). Olbia airport is also 28 minutes away by car (31.9 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an additional fee.

Luciana war eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns stets bei Fragen unterstützt . Der Außenbereich ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Man hat ausreichend Platz mit 2 Familien. Abseits vom Trubel ist man dennoch sehr schnell an den schönsten Stränden und in der Stadt.
