Villa Carla is located in the vicinity of Siller, Puerto Pollensa, with views of the neighboring countryside and the Tramuntana mountains.
Puerto Pollensa has a beautiful sandy beach and a variety of restaurants on the seafront.
The beautiful and authentic town of Pollensa is also easily accessible by car.
This impressive 5-bedroom villa features a large private pool and vibrant gardens, with a traditional and homely interior.
It includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi.
You will have private parking for your rental cars at the entrance, with the garden and pool to the front of Villa Carla.
The combined living and dining room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, an ornamental marble fireplace, and a table and chairs for 10 people.
Patio doors from the dining area open onto the terrace with a barbecue, where there is also access to the laundry room.
Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, which has all modern conveniences and a table and chairs for breakfast.
The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
Downstairs is a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private solarium with mountain views.
The 3 twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate shower.
The 2 twin bedrooms at the front of the villa also share a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
Villa Carla has very pleasant grounds with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The large private pool is surrounded by attractive flowers and trees with a short path to the outdoor dining area.
The partially covered terrace provides shade for the table and chairs for comfortable alfresco dining, and the brick barbecue is to the side of the villa.
Villa Carla can accommodate up to 10 people. (FREE travel cots and high chairs are available upon request).
Free air conditioning from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
We will send you a link from our bank where you can pay the Eco-tax by credit card prior to your arrival.
This tax is mandatory.
Information to note: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest check-in is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26th) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Die Villa ist zwar an vielen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig, aber hat durch den Pool und die Terasse einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Kommunikation vorher war sehr schleppend und ich musste oft Emails schreiben, um irgendwelche Infos zu erhalten. Die Kaution kam zeitig zurück, aber auch nur weil ich mich gemeldet habe.
