Villa Carla is located on the outskirts of Siller, Puerto Pollensa, overlooking the neighbouring countryside and the Tramuntana mountains. Puerto Pollensa has a beautiful sandy beach and a variety of seafront restaurants. The beautiful and authentic town of Pollensa is also easily accessible by car. This stunning 5 bedroom villa has a large private pool and vibrant gardens, with a traditional and homely interior. It includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi.
You will have private parking for your rental cars in the driveway, with the garden and pool at the front of Villa Carla.
The combined living and dining room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, an ornate marble fireplace and a table and chairs for 10 people. Patio doors from the dining room open onto the terrace with barbecue, where there is also access to the utility room.
Next to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, which has all modern conveniences and a table and chairs for breakfast. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private solarium with mountain views. The 3 twin bedrooms share a bathroom with separate shower. The 2 twin bedrooms at the front of the villa also share a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
Villa Carla has very pleasant gardens with ample space to relax and enjoy the ambience. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by attractive flowers and trees with a short path to the outdoor dining area. The partially covered terrace provides shade for table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining, and the brick barbecue is next to the villa.
Villa Carla can accommodate up to 10 people. (FREE cots and high chairs are available on request).
