An archway connects the lounge to the dining room, which is furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people, creating an open and welcoming space for enjoying meals with family or friends. Across the hallway is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
It also features a small breakfast table for more informal meals.
The kitchen includes a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to enjoy a worry-free stay. The villa has a master bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds.
These bedrooms share the facilities of a separate bathroom and a shower room, both perfectly equipped to ensure your comfort.
All three bedrooms are cozy, well-furnished, and offer ample storage space, providing a tranquil retreat at the end of a day of exploration or relaxation. The south-facing orientation of the villa, along with the circular private pool and spacious terrace, ensures excellent sun exposure throughout the day. If you wish for a break from the heat, the outdoor dining area is covered, providing a cool and shaded space to enjoy your al fresco meals.
There is also a brick barbecue, located next to the terrace, so you can enjoy delicious outdoor grilling while relaxing in the garden. Air conditioning is available free of charge from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, allowing you to stay cool during the hottest parts of the day. Information to note: In case of lost keys or keys left inside the property, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management.
