Villa Sofia Lago is in a good location, just 5 minutes walk from the main street of Bellevue, Alcudia. You will have a large number of shops and places to eat all within easy reach. Also, the main beach of Alcudia is not far away. You will also have your own private swimming pool with pleasant views of the nearby mountains. Air conditioning/heating in all 4 bedrooms and WiFi are included.


Iron gates open onto the small lawn area and dining terrace at the front of the villa, which leads to the barbecue on the right and the pool on the left. The main entrance opens into the living area.


The lounge and dining area is open plan. There are comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, an ornamental fireplace and a table and chairs for 8 people. Large windows overlook the front of the house and the swimming pool.


A traditional arched doorway leads into the well equipped kitchen which has traditional Spanish tiles. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. From the kitchen, double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. There is also a separate utility room.


The 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, accessed by stairs from the living area. There is a double bedroom which has a private terrace with views of the Alcudia mountains and stairs leading down to the garden. The second double bedroom also has a private terrace with views of the mountainside and lakes in the distance. The twin bedroom and the remaining double bedroom have a balcony. All four bedrooms share a bathroom with a half bath and an overhead shower. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.

The pool and surrounding terrace are to the left of the villa, facing the mountains, ensuring sunlight for most of the day. If you need a break from the heat, the outdoor dining area is shaded to one side of the house, with the brick barbecue to the right as you enter the grounds.


Villa Sofia Lago can accommodate up to 8 people (FREE travel cot and high chair available on request).


For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
