This wonderful beachfront villa is located in the exclusive area of Las Rotas.
In front of the house is a beautiful promenade that runs along the south coast of the town of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique enclaves.
The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people.
The garden of the house is very spacious, and has lawned areas as well as other areas with soil, for the comfort of our clients. The swimming pool is covered (not heated).
On entering the house we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. It also has a fireplace, which makes it very cosy in the winter months. It also has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation (with the exception of one of the bedrooms). Next to it is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need, electric hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Following the corridor we find one of the bathrooms, as the property has two complete bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite, and a bathroom with washbasin and wc en-suite as well.
Next to it is the first of the bedrooms with a single bed, opposite one with a double bed and just down the corridor another double bed.
In general terms the property has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, private swimming pool, garage and parking in the same building.
The consumption of heating (gas, oil or pellets) is not included. In long stay rates are not included electricity or heating (gas, oil or pellets) nor wifi or sheets or towels. The price of the services will be according to the conditions of the agency.
