Villa Horizonte Sur is an elegant, high-end property, fully renovated at the end of 2025, just a few minutes’ walk from the spectacular white sand beach of Binibèquer and close to a charming village with a supermarket, seafront restaurants, and water activities.
Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the villa features a large private pool with complete privacy—perfect for relaxing in peace.
Halfway up from the pool, you’ll find a spacious roof terrace with sea views and a comfortable chill-out area, ideal for unwinding at any time of day. The house offers 4 double bedrooms, three of which can be set up with twin beds.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (shower or bathtub), a separate guest toilet, and its own private terrace overlooking the garden, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The common areas include a bright, spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen-diner.
The living room opens onto a covered outdoor lounge, sheltered from the wind.
At the back, opposite the kitchen, there’s an outdoor dining area with umbrellas and a large gas barbecue—perfect for al fresco meals. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped for a carefree stay: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, internet TV, WiFi, and more. Ideal location: the airport is less than 20 minutes by car, Mahón is 15 minutes away, and Sant Lluís is 5–7 minutes, where you’ll find many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The villa was beautiful, modern and clean. The host couldn't do enough for us. Maria was brilliant and so helpful.
The only thing, if I had to be picky, was there were not enough cushions for the sun loungers. Only four between six of us. The pool was kept clean but the two outside areas around it, where we sat were untidy, so I found myself sweeping these areas myself and hosing them down. It kept me busy in the early mornings 😁

Das Haus hat einen grossen und sehr gepflegten Pool. Wunderschöner Garten, super ausgestattete Küche mit Abwaschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, grosser Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es hat viele gemütliche Orte ums Haus herum um zu verweilen. Tolles Cheminee draussen. Schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Einzig die Betten waren nicht so bequem und die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den getrennten Betten waren sehr viel kleiner als auf den Fotos.

Clean , spacious villa. Pool well kept and bigger than normal. Appreciated the cleaning mats left and pool inflatables and ball. Gardens are well kept Small thing - no oven gloves
