Enjoy peace, relaxation, and a holiday in a luxurious chalet.

Our chalet is located very quietly and in a sunny spot on a small side street in the forest village of Bärnzell near Zwiesel, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest, with views of forests and meadows, ideal as a starting point for activities in the Bavarian Forest National Park. Whether for a day hike to a mountain peak or a leisurely walk to Schwellhäusl. Mountain bikers and e-bikers will also get their money's worth.

The winter sports opportunities in the Bavarian Forest are diverse. From the nearby Glasberglift, ideal for beginners, to the alpine ski area Großer Arber (approx. 20 km away), there is something for everyone. Cross-country ski trails can be found in Zwiesel, Rabenstein, the Bretterschachten cross-country skiing center, or the Bärnzeller-Loipe directly on your doorstep offers pure snow fun.

Back at your accommodation, you can relax in the chalet's private whirlpool and sauna.


Would you like to start the day well-fortified? Then we will be happy to spoil you with a lovingly prepared, hearty breakfast basket or you can use our roll service.

Conditions/Extras
You can check into the chalet on your arrival day between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by 9:30 AM.

You will receive the key for the chalet in person at our office: Bärnzell 75a.

In addition, a tourist tax of currently €3.60 per person/day, for children aged 6-15 years €1.80 per child/day.

We are happy to provide a travel cot with bedding, a high chair, or a bed guard rail upon request (please inform us before arrival).

Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and breakfast basket are included.

Pets are not allowed in Chalet Lusen.

Payment is made in cash or by real-time bank transfer one day before the end of your holiday.

In case of booking cancellations, we will charge 90% cancellation fees if we cannot re-rent the holiday apartment.

For late arrival or early departure, 100% of the travel price will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, e.g., ERGO Reiseversicherung.

Directions
Come on the E56 from Regensburg, take exit 106-Straubing onto the B20 towards Cham. After 1.8 km, take the exit again towards Kötzding and turn left onto the St2140. After only 450m, turn right into Rothamer Straße, stay on it for 300m before turning left again onto August-Schmieder-Straße. Stay on this for 760m. Then turn right onto Bärnzeller Straße. After 110m, the chalet is on the right side.

Unit Description


Quietly and sunnily located with a wonderful view of the Bavarian Forest mountains. We have accommodated the following for you. Everything handcrafted from solid oak with wooden floors. Two bedrooms with double beds and safes. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, bath towels, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. A travel cot with bedding, a high chair, or a bed guard rail are available upon request. A large living and dining area with a cozy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine. Small selection of coffee and tea. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, sauna towels, kitchen towels, and bathrobes are included. Large furnished terrace with a Weber electric grill, and with your own sauna and your own heated whirlpool, you have a wellness area all to yourself, completely private. Would you like to start the day well-fortified? We will be happy to spoil you with a lovingly prepared, hearty breakfast basket or you can use our roll service. Storage for bicycles and skis. Please note that online bookings include fees.

Our insider tip: The unique sunsets, the sky often turns purple, orange, or red, creating a unique view.
