Positioned just a few minutes drive from the wonderful Saunton Sands, this beautiful lodge has a bubbling hot tub, open plan living and contemporary decor, making it simply dreamy retreat on the North Devon Coast.
One of six luxury lodges on an exclusive site in Braunton, Broadpath is a one bedroom, pet friendly property with a huge veranda and oodles of airy, indoor space. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king size bed that has its own modern en-suite bathroom. Timber accents and sumptuous soft furnishing give the room a welcoming atmosphere and huge floor to ceiling windows invite views from the garden inside, making it the perfect place to enjoy a lazy lie-in before heading to the beach for a day of exploration.
The property’s living area is a relaxing space and includes a large sofa as well as a table and seating for dining. Open plan with the kitchen, it’s the ideal place to spend time in, whether it be to cook a favourite meal together or simply to unwind with a glass of wine and a movie. Accessed through french doors from the living room, the large, covered deck is furnished with a table and chairs, so warm summer evenings can be spent dining alfresco or enjoying a soak in the hot tub while waiting for the sun to set.
Cutterbrough is the first lodge on the left as you enter the orchard, Swanpool is the middle lodge of the three on the left hand side of the site, and Broadpath is at the top of the orchard, last on the left.

Broadpath was an excellent lodge with everything you could wish for. It was clean, warm and comfortable. The secure garden was a real bonus for our little dog, and the hot tub with a hot water shower outside was the icing on the cake. Many thanks.

The lodge was beautiful and the hot tub was so clean. Honestly I could not fault anything it was a beautiful time away. Lodge was clean with everything we needed, the rest and chill time was appreciated after our wedding, even the dog had a blast. Fault less and run beautifully.

Was looking for a nice relaxing break where we could take the dog, that's exactly what we got lovely lodge and location close to some really nice beaches and pubs for eating out cant stress enough what a nice 4 days we had lovely place and the owners care that you enjoy your stay! Highly recommend!
