Tallet Barn: A covered seating area with two large tables seating 12 at each. Hanging heaters, chimineas and a large woodburner keep you warm and dry. A great space for larger groups to gather together. Available on a first come first served basis
Clay pizza oven: Create and cook your own delicious wood-fired pizzas. Simply let the site know ahead of time that you’d like to use the oven during your stay
Fire pit: A huge fire pit in the middle of the site with rustic seating. Perfect for toasting marshmallows, enjoying a sing-along and getting to know people
Animal feeding: Guests will love the paddock on site which has American Pygmy goats, chickens, geese, a very large pig and an assortment of different birds in an aviary. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays the site offers animal feeding which is a great activity for younger members of the family
The Hive: Fresh and frothy coffee, hot chocolates and teas served from a converted horsebox every morning except Mondays and Fridays (April to October). On weekends you can also nab fresh, locally baked pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, and cinnamon swirls

If you’re looking for a fun break with the family with a hint of luxury for you, The Ember Room Roundhouse offers the best of both worlds. The inviting hot tub offers a blissful retreat under the stars and the peaceful site has lots of activities to keep the kids entertained.
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a cosy glamping retreat with luxurious furnishings and stylish accessories. Underfloor heating and a warming woodburner are a welcome addition on cooler evenings and everyone has their own space to retreat two in the evening as you’ll find two separate cabin rooms.
The Roundhouse kitchen is perfect for budding chefs or if you’re feeling like embracing the glamping life, the communal pizza stove is a must. You can even toast marsh mallows on the site’s camp fire, a fun way to spend the evening sharing stories about your holiday and making new friends.
East Thorne offers activities for children throughout the year. The games room is a great place to spend time together, and is perfect for a rainy day, or you can start a family tournament on the volleyball net.
If your Cornish adventure wouldn’t be the same without feeling the sand between your toes, you’re only a short drive away from Bude and its sandy beaches. Or you can pick up the South West Coast Path if you love to discover new places.

We stayed back in march great stay and lovely location only thing I would say is we was told to pay £50 extra and I would be refunded however we never received any money back we paid all money upfront and the extra £50 but it was never returned \r\nApart from that great place

We had a lovely stay at The Ember Room Roundhouse. The accommodation was perfect and a great base for our adventures out into Cornwall.

We spent two days at the roundhouse and enjoyed every minute. Accommodation was clean and warm...not fun was amazing despite the set Cornish sunshine. Would definitely book again. On site reception was excellent. Nothing bad to report. Again a lovely place to stay
