This comfortable and bright 3 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and built in barbecue with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains in the distance, Wifi is free.

The mountain views and its proximity to the beautiful sandy Beach and Pine promenade of Puerto Pollensa is one of the highlights of this charming 3 bedroom villa. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace for relaxing. The brick barbecue and the pleasant outdoor dining area will ensure you enjoy a nice lunch with family and friends. A practical WC is also next to the pool with external access only.



A small garden with lawn leads to another cosy sitting area. There are parking facilities on the roadside in front of the house. The nicely decorated living room inspires with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with international channels. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen in typical Mediterranean style has a separate dining area with direct access to the pool.



All bright and well decorated bedrooms are located on the first floor, there is one double bedroom with a large private terrace and two twin bedrooms, one with private terrace as well. Enjoy the excellent view of the mountains.



In Pollença you will find shops, a cultural centre, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafés and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers' market in the main square where local vegetables, fruit and spices abound.



The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known to the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
