Villetta Silvana is located a few kilometres from the historic centre of Ostuni, in one of the town's residential areas.


Located within a complex of 2 separate and independent villas, the villetta consists of a living area with an open kitchen and the possibility of a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with all amenities. Outside there is a patio with a sun umbrella where you can relax, equipped with sun loungers and a dining table.


Available in the accommodation is air conditioning in the living area and service throughout the accommodation.


Guests will be able to use an uncovered parking space inside the property.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral (600 metres from the flat) that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic. Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few km away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.


The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
