Beautiful house in the mountains, surrounded by natural parks. Undoubtedly, a place to lose yourself in the heart of Líébana, the jewel of Cantabria.
Situated in a small village formed by 8 houses with stunning views of the mountains. It is a house with a beautiful mountain facade, typical of the area, well equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchenette, balcony and a fantastic porch where you can relax and unwind.
The setting is spectacular and very quiet. Normally families or mountain lovers come to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The house has an outdoor area of approximately 150 m2, where there is a covered porch and a small garden with a fountain.
The views from any part of the village are wonderful, especially from the swimming pool, just 20 metres from the house and shared with other houses, as well as the large barbecue area.
DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE
Ground floor: one double bedroom and bathroom
First floor: living-dining room with open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Following the recommendations of our clients we have improved internally the accommodation with a new decoration.

The fully fenced swimming pool, just a few metres from the house. The mountain views from the pool are spectacular.

In the Picos de Europa, 12km from Potes and 34 km from the Fuente Dé cable car.
OBLIGATORY CHECK IN
We will send you an email to check in online, the same day of the booking confirmation. Check in is a compulsory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check in must be done 20 hours before the entrance. Consult us if you have any doubt, we will help you in everything.
DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make a security deposit online. This security deposit will not be debited from your bank account. This procedure is authorised by your booking platform.
