The charming apartment “Banus Marbella Holidays” is located in Marbella, and it impresses guests with its beautiful interiors and its excellent location very close to the beach. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (with one double bed each, one with a balcony) as well as 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. The apartment also offers a comfortably furnished terrace where guests can start the day with a warm cup of coffee and a good book. As the apartment is south-west oriented and there are no other buildings closeby, you will have complete privacy as no neighbors can see you, and you will also be able to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. You will find the closest selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes at just 3 minutes driving (1.6km), while the closest supermarket is just 5 minutes walking from the property. The nearest beach, Playa Puerto Banús, is just a 4-minute drive away (2km), and here you can sunbathe on the sand, stroll along the coast or swim in the sea. Golf enthusiasts can also play their favourite sport at Club de Gof Aloha (6 minutes driving, 2.2km) or Real Club de Golf las Brisas (6 minutes by car, 3.3km away). The closest airport is in Málaga, and it can be reached after 40 minutes driving (61km).

The property has an underground garage (one parking space), but there are also parking spaces on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.The pool is open from April until the end of September. The building has security cameras running 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of our guests. A babysitting service can be arranged upon request. Smoking is only allowed outside. There are also 2 beach chairs available.
