Die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer/Strand
Die Duschen sind extrem klein und alt, das Wasser fließt auch nicht richtig durch, sollten ersetzt werden. Die Matratzen sind auch nicht ganz bequem. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt somit nicht.

Schönes Haus direkt an der im Oktober wenig befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Hell, gut eingerichtet, toller Service durch den Hausverwalter. Einsehbar von allen Seiten. Geschützter Parkplatz.

Zur Begrüßung gab es vom Vermieter Sardische Backwaren. Sehr lecker! Danke dafür.!!! Die Lage war prima. Max. 2 Min. bis zum wunderschönen Strand. Schönes geräumiges Haus. Terrasse großzügig. Toll zum Frühstück und chillen. Klimaanlage war ausreichend.
Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Garten ...
Die Duschen sind renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr viele Ameisen im Bad. Trotz Ameisenpulver…zeitweise war das Bad nicht nutzbar.
Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so toll. Backofen war von Vormietern fettig und dreckig. Keine Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Wurden aber nach Nachfrage gebracht. Pfannen etc. müssten ausgetauscht werden. Grundreinigung in Küche wäre Wünschenswert.
