total of 12 people, in Madroñal, one of the most prestigious areas just minutes from the famous beaches of Costa Adeje
and close to All the services.
Equipped with a huge terrace and private garden with HEATED pool, BBQ, sunbeds, patio with table and chairs, with
sea and mountain views.
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with TV, 4 bathrooms, one of which is service, the living room with a
large TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle ..
On the first floor there are 3 other double bedrooms all with TV and 2 bathrooms.
In the highest part of the villa there is a further large terrace with a splendid view towards the sea.
There are 2 indoor parking spaces and many free parking spaces around the complex.
Linen included, bath towels and sea towels.
For check-in after 10.30pm there is an extra 20 euros to be paid upon arrival.
For the loss of keys there is an extra of 100 euros for changing the lock.
