This flat, the first of a total of four 1-room flats, is bright and very cosy; the living unit has windows on three sides and has two single beds (can be converted into a large double bed on request), a small, well-equipped kitchen with various extras, a bathroom with WC/shower and a modern stereo system/CD player. If required, this accommodation unit can be connected to the neighbouring flat by an internal door and thus be used as part of a 2.5-room flat.

Many extras convey a homely atmosphere, and in addition to sufficient reading material, the interested visitor will find a small language guide including CD, with the help of which the basic terms of the Greek language can be practised and learned.
The ground-floor seating area is south-facing, with a unique view of the open sea and the village of Mirtos at its feet. As a special feature, this accommodation unit has a further, spacious side veranda with afternoon and evening sun. Garden furniture and loungers as well as an outdoor shower contribute to your all-round well-being.

The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, parasol, plenty of garden loungers and hammocks.

The complex also has a lovely, large communal barbecue with patio and pizza oven as well as a small playground for our younger guests. The complex is south-facing and offers breathtaking views of the sea from all accommodation and seating areas.
