The flat is located in the beautiful, secluded private complex Bungalows Playa d'Or. The flat is located in the first row of the beach, directly on the marvellous bay of Cala Gran. With private access, the beach and the large communal pool are just a few steps away.
The south-facing balcony (32 sqm) has sun all day and a great view of the beach and the large communal pool, which invites you to sunbathe, relax and refresh with sun loungers. The balcony (you will receive a key for the balcony gate) and a path lead directly to the sandy bay of Cala Gran in 30 metres.
The entire flat (79 sqm) was renovated in 2015 with a new kitchen, new tiles and floors, new toilets, washbasins, flat screen TVs, three air conditioning units and new furniture in all rooms. Parquet flooring has been laid in bedroom 1 and new tiles everywhere else. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen and a large balcony (32 square metres). WLAN use is included for guests. The first bedroom is 16.5 square metres in size. It has a patio door to the balcony (you can hear the sound of the sea when the balcony door is open) and a large (1.80 x 2.00 m) double bed, a private bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin and a huge 50" flat screen TV with FullHD satellite TV. In addition, a new parquet floor (oak) has been laid and air conditioning is available. The second bedroom is 13 square metres in size and is furnished with a desk with a view of the beach and a French double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). The room also has its own bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. There is also air conditioning in the bedroom. Please note that the second bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain. The living room of 18 square metres is equipped with a 55'' flat screen TV with FullHD satellite TV and DVD player. It is also furnished with a cosy sofa, which can be pulled out and then offers one or two sleeping places (sleeping area: 1.40 x 2.00 m). Other convenient features include a music system with radio, CD and Bluetooth, a large dining table and air conditioning. The kitchen is 9 square metres in size and has a brand new kitchenette with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large 2 m fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and fruit juice mixer. There is a new washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. A baby cot, baby high chair, iron, safe, hairdryer and hoover are also available. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room can also be used for heating. In winter, there is also a heater for the bedroom.
The flat is located directly by the sea, above Cala Gran. In addition, the four other beaches in Cala d`Or are within walking distance: 300 metres to Cala d`Or, 500 metres to Cala Serena, 700 metres to Cala Esmeralda, 800 metres to Cala Llonga and Cala Ferrera. The centre of Cala d`Or is about two minutes away on foot. Here you will find numerous shopping streets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafés, a pharmacy, a German 24-hour medical centre and dentist's surgeries.
In addition, the exclusive marina of Cala d'Or invites you to stroll around. There is also a small supermarket directly opposite. There is a
bus stop 50 metres away.
The Cala Mondrago nature reserve, which can be reached in 8 km, and the dream beach of Mallorca Es Trence, which is approx. 30 km away, are recommended as excursion destinations.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in the flat. It must be parked on the public road in front of the flat. As this is a public car park, it is not guaranteed that there is free parking directly in front of the flat.
