Excellent apartment with communal pool, access to the sea, large garden, furnished terrace, wifi, parking and exceptional views with all kinds of amenities to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.
The accommodation is located in an idyllic setting with easy access to the main coves and beaches in the area. Inside there is a dining room, a living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed) 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, and a wide list of additional services and amenities: - Independent kitchen - Living room with access to the terrace. - Terrace with table and chairs - Parking - Communal ping pong table - Communal swimming pool - Wifi - Communal garden - Solarium area - Direct access to the sea - Spanish television Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement le nettoyage était bien fait mais toutes les pièces de couchage sentent très fort la moisissure. Idem dans les meubles. J'ai dû tout désinfecter au déthol mais même comme cela l'odeur a persisté.Les literies sont a remplacer.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnanlage ist excellent gepflegt und die Lage mit Pool und privatem Strandzugang ist kaum zu toppen. Da die Ferienwohnung zur einen Seite in den Fels gebaut ist, ist sie leider etwas feucht, was bei schlechter Witterung vermutlich problematisch sein wird. Da wir nur gutes Wetter hatten und immer lüften konnten, war dies allerdings kein Problem für uns.

The location is great: beautiful garden and sun terraces with a great spot at the sea. The apartment itself however is very outdated and not at all what can be expected for the amount of 1500 eu. Bad smell of mold and old furniture. Also a heads up about all the construction bags in front of the terrace would have been appreciated.
