The estate features two separate dwellings that only share a parking area and are positioned to ensure privacy on their respective terraces.
The Bungalow Lagar, measuring 40 m2, faces the coast and is a spacious studio with sea views and a terrace overlooking the vineyard and the mountain, perfect for enjoying long hours of rest and relaxation.
There is also an outdoor barbecue area exclusively for the use of this house.
The accommodation is a studio type and includes a dining area dominated by a large window facing the sea and the coast, two comfortable armchairs for resting, and a sleeping area with a double bed.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped, also integrated into the open-plan living space.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a shower.
It is an ideal accommodation for enjoying nature and disconnecting from daily life in a natural setting, surrounded by Canary pines and bordering the forest.
Hikers will find several routes starting directly from the house, and the longest volcanic cave in Europe, La Cueva del Viento, is located very nearby.
Beach lovers will find Playa San Marcos just a few minutes away by car.
Icod de los Vinos, with the famous Millennial Dragon Tree, is only 2 km from the Finca and offers a multitude of typical bars and restaurants, as well as countless shops.
El Lagar is a perfect place for those who want to escape crowded tourist centers and seek individual tourism in an unparalleled setting.

Sfeervolle finca op een mooie natuurlijke locatie. Mooi uitzicht. Check in en check out is prima geregeld middels een elektrische toegangspoort.
Enigszins verouderd, maar alles functioneert prima. Het dak in de badkamer lekt een beetje bij regen.

Es un lugar fuera del ambiente turistico, de acceso complejo. Muy autentico, tranquilo, muy buenas vistas al mar y al Teide. A cinco minutos (andando) de un mini supermercado.La casa es agradable y está muy bien equipada. Ideal para dos personas.
