The townhouse is located in a quiet residential area south of the capital city Santa Cruz. It is bright and spacious and has been decorated in a modern and tasteful style. It offers everything you could ask for a comfortable holiday, large terraces with artificial turf, private pool, solarium, barbecue area and even a covered outdoor play area with a trampoline for the little ones, all with a sea view. Important to know is, that parties, events or noise up from 22.00h are absolutly forbitten. The house has 120 m2 divided among 2 floors. In the lower part there is a large living room from which you access the terrace and swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and laundry room. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, of which 1 has a double bed and the other two each with 2 individual beds, a bathroom with shower, another with a bathtub and access to the upper terrace with barbecue and children’s play area, ideal for families with children. Both terraces connect through an external staircase, which allows usage without having to enter the house offering much more comfort. Undoubtedly, all these facilities guarantee a full enjoyment of the outdoor spaces and many hours of enjoyment and relaxation. The parking area is also private. The location is perfect, not only to enjoy a southern climate with spring temperatures throughout the year, but also as a starting point to discover the island through multiple excursions. Two motorways connect, in a very short time, with the large tourist areas of the south and the north of the island. The capital Santa Cruz with endless possibilities for shopping, enjoying the local cuisine or taking in the cultural activities throughout the year, is just 10 minutes away. It is a perfect holiday home for individual travelers who prefer to avoid the large crowded tourist centers and seek a quiet holiday in a local environment. It´s forbidden celebrate parties or to disturb neighbours up from 22.00 h.

Prima Unterkunft in guter und ruhiger Lage. Gut auch geeignet für kleinere Kinder. Prima Ausstattung, lediglich die Küche könnte noch etwas modernisiert werden (Ofen, größerer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler), passt aber auch so und entspricht der Beschreibung.Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
