Just across the street, you can access the beach or the promenade with its restaurants.
The studio is very bright, has been decorated with great taste and care, and lacks no detail for guest comfort.
It features a large living-bedroom area, which also includes a fully equipped kitchen.
All furniture is new and conveys a sense of warmth.
The living area can be separated from the bed using screens, especially if a third person or two children are staying.
The sofa bed is high-end and very comfortable.
The bathroom with a shower has also been recently renovated.
From the spacious balcony, equipped with a table, two chairs, and two loungers, you can enjoy spectacular sea views.
The building is very quiet and located on a dead-end street.
It has access from the rear, where numerous parking spaces and a small park are found, and another access directly to the beach promenade.
It is a perfect home for a very peaceful and restful vacation, away from crowded tourist centers.
Bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are located nearby.
The center of Icod de los Vinos, with the Millennial Dragon tree, numerous museums, restaurants, and shopping areas, is only 2 km away.
Nature and hiking lovers will find many trails, and you cannot miss visiting the longest volcanic cave in Europe, the Cueva del Viento, located just 3 km from the studio.
The holding of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is access by individuals not part of the reservation.
Please also respect the neighbors' rest by not making noise after 10:00 PM.

La cama es muy cómoda…y las almohadas también…y unas vistas ideales.
A mi parecer…falta un calefactor para caldear el espacio…según la temporada y un cambio de ropa de cama .
