This holiday house completed in 2015 is in a quiet location, away from road traffic. It is near Mastichari on a little elevation, with an extensive view over the sea.This house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm). There is one bathroom with a WC and bath, and another bathroom with a WC and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge and freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. This generous kitchen has a wooden dining table that can seat up to six people comfortably. The living room provides a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. All the rooms have air conditioning, which can be regulated separately in the two bedrooms.The highlight of this holiday house is the big pool (10 x 6m), which is available for your own exclusive use from April to October. The pool is cleaned three times a week. The sun terrace, furnished with adjustable loungers and affording a sweeping view of the sea and the bay, invites you to relax. It also has a bell grill and comfortable garden furniture, so you can dine outdoors. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.There is a second holiday house for six people on the plot that can be booked in addition. To protect the privacy, only one of the houses will be occupied per period. Therefore the pool and the whole 4000 qm plot is for your sole use.The last stretch up to the house is a gravel track about 300 metres long, so it is recommended to arrive by car. The nearest of many beautiful sandy beaches on Kos is only 500 metres away.
