A spacious holiday flat with 90 sqm, divided into 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separated from the living area by a small hallway, living-dining room and a kitchen, which can be closed off from the living area with a sliding door. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, microwave, hand blender, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.
In the living/dining room there is a marble table with 4 chairs, a leather sofa with footstool and 2 leather cocktail chairs, a flat screen TV, satellite and digital aerial, DVD player.
The flat is located in a first line complex on the beach of Cueva del Lobo, but not directly on the beach road but a short distance to the back and above. Despite the very nice sea view, it is far enough away from the paseo not to hear its noise, but close enough to be there in a few steps. It could hardly be more ideal.
Oasis del Mar II is a luxury terraced complex built in 2005 with every comfort. By car into the underground car park, a few steps to the lift and one floor up, five steps and you are at the front door.
Designer furniture makes the living/dining room something very special, one bedroom with bathroom en suite and a double bed (2m by 2.10 m) with electrically adjustable slatted frames, with access to the terrace, the other is equipped with 2 single beds (2 m x 1 m), which can also be put together if desired. Internet is available via Wi-Fi.
Both bathrooms have bathtubs with splash protection for showering, bidet, washbasin and WC.
If you don't want to go to the beach, there is a 60 square metre terrace with a view of the pool and sea, a marble dining table and sun loungers, as well as a slightly raised feel-good island with a rattan seating area for relaxing.
