The holiday home is centrally located in Luz (Lagos) and is suitable for up to four people. Due to the hillside location of the house, guests have a wonderful view of the sea and the cliffs from the balcony and the living/dining room.
Passing a beautiful palm tree in the front garden, a staircase takes you directly to the upper floor of the holiday home. Here you will find a hallway, the kitchen, the large living/dining room and the balcony. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a gas hob and oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and an electric juicer. Of course, there are plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans and other accessories. There is also a washing machine, which you are welcome to use free of charge. Food and drinks can easily be passed from the kitchen to the dining area via a hatch. There is a wooden dining table with a glass top and four chairs. In the living area you will find a sofa with two smaller tables and two comfortable stools. A flat-screen TV with satellite receiver and cable connection offers German, English and Portuguese programmes. You can access the balcony from the living/dining room. An internal staircase leads from the living/dining area to the ground floor. Here you will find the two bedrooms: the first with a comfortable double bed (approx. 1.8x2m, premium mattress), the second with two single beds (each approx. 1x2m, premium mattresses), which can also be pushed together if required. A travel cot for small children can also be used if necessary. From the first bedroom you can access the small inner courtyard. The door from the second bedroom leads out onto the terrace. The bathroom in the house was completely renovated in 2020. The modern tiled bathroom has a floor-level walk-in shower with a large shower head at the top and an additional hand shower at the side, a toilet and a washbasin as well as a large mirror with integrated light. Both the living/dining room and the two bedrooms have radiators. A mobile fan is available for the summer months.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from your balcony. This has a large dining table with parasol, six chairs and a lounger. There are washing lines both in the planted courtyard and on the terrace. There is also a clothes horse and another sun lounger. The courtyard leads to the small outdoor bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, which we have installed under the stairs as an alternative. Vehicles can be parked in public directly in front of the holiday home.
Our holiday home was extensively renovated in 2020 (including a new bathroom and new water pipes, sockets and light switches, some new lamps) and painted inside and out. We have been using high-quality Thermoshield paint for years to ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Our holiday home now also has WLAN. We also use our holiday home ourselves and have lovingly provided it with many little extras that our guests are welcome to use. We hope that you will feel as comfortable as we do and wish you a pleasant stay.
Thanks to its central location, the sea, the beach, supermarkets and an organic market are all within a radius of 500 metres. The Baptista supermarket is just 100 metres away and has a wide range of Portuguese and international groceries. Public transport, various restaurants, cafés and bars are also within easy walking distance.
